Common Questions About Our Terms
Yes. Log into your account, go to Payment Methods under Settings, and add a new DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account. Your next withdrawal will use the method you've selected. For security, we may verify the new method before processing your first withdrawal to it.
Head to Account Settings and select Close Account. If you have a balance, we'll pay it out to your registered payment method within one to two business days. After closure, you won't be able to log in, but we'll keep your records for the retention period specified in our terms.
We retain all your deposits, withdrawals and game-play records while your account is active. After you close your account, we keep that history for a further period as required by local law. You can download or request a copy through Account Settings or by contacting support.
Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your account status and verification level, as well as local law where applicable. Check the Limits section in your Account Settings to see your current daily cap. You can request an increase by contacting support with additional verification if needed.
If we detect unusual activity or a large withdrawal request, we may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the transaction. This protects your account from fraud. We'll contact you via the email or phone on file and explain what documents or steps we need. Most verifications clear within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Log into your account and go to Settings > Terms & Documents, or email support with your username. We'll send you a PDF copy of the full terms, privacy notice and cookie policy. You can also review a summary in your Account Info section anytime.
Contact support immediately with your username and the transaction date. We'll review the record, verify the game result or payment status, and work with you to resolve it. If we made an error, we'll correct your balance within one business day. If the dispute involves your payment provider, we can help coordinate with DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS.
